EV charging is now live at the Bowlo

Driving electric? You can now charge while you visit Culburra Bowlo.

Two EV charging bays are now live in the Club car park and available to members, guests and visitors to Culburra Beach.

The dual-socket Type 2 chargers operate on the Exploren network. Simply download the Exploren app or tap an Exploren RFID card, plug in and start your session. Charging is pay as you go, and you don’t need to be a Club member to use it.

The new chargers are another practical step in our commitment to sustainability — one of Culburra Bowling & Recreation Club’s four core values. They make it easier for EV drivers to stop, stay and enjoy Culburra Beach while topping up for the road ahead.

The project was made possible with a $30,000 grant from The Halloran Trust, with our thanks to Rana Environmental for sustainability guidance and support through the grant process, and EV Installations for the design and installation.

So plug in, head inside and enjoy a drink, a feed or a roll-up while your car charges.

Where: Club car park, corner of Prince Edward Avenue and West Crescent, Culburra Beach NSW 2540.
